I was about to remark that this was the twin to my Dad's 76 (I believe it was called a GTV that year in Canada), and then I noticed the hood bulge and read your signature. The lack of a body kit and the small bumpers -- belissimo! Did you do it, or was it an import from Europe?
My Dad's was such a great car, except for the rust, and reliability. But it earned me I Instant street cried in our predominately Italian neighbourhood in Toronto. Street cred I sorely needed having moved from a small Ontario town, in 1982, and was rooting for West Germany in the World Cup against, you guessed it, Italy.
