Have a nephew that turned down some really good job opportunities in Florida working on fancy smancy yacht motors.
Stayed there for 6 months. Said he couldn't handle the fact that all the waterways had sharks and gators, and the other areas have huge constrictor snakes. Thought that was kind of odd because he is one of those hard core outdoorsy trapper/hunter types. Probably tried to go out hunting by himself without a local guide and scared the snot out of himself.
