Amen. They are worse because, A) they are on the clock and/or have a scumbag boss yelling at them to get it done and B) the ego of the professional auto mechanic, even if they have the skill of a trained monkey, makes rock stars look like humble people open to constructive criticism. When you get a bad one, it's like having Donald Trump working on your car.
