1. Jack up the car to a 40 degree angle.
2. Get that gorilla that escaped from the zoo last week... (the one that body slammed a two year old... By doing so, he shows he has strength)
3. Ask him nicely to take the lock off... Or rather, rip the tire off.

My friend had the same problem, and did exactly the same steps as SoCal stated, and it came off.
