I would strongly suggest going to a gun store to get the holder of a FFL advice. Many states do not require paperwork if the transfer is in state or to a relative. If your sale crosses state lines then the firearm has to go to a FFL to receive it, Federal law. If looks like you live in NV which has pretty loose gun laws as compared to CA or NY or NJ but I would ask the "expert" to be safe.
