Private sales are legal in NV BUT.........

LEGALLY in NEVADA you have to transfer a gun through either the PD or FFL to do a background check on the Buyer... FFL's charge money and the PD did it for Free...

I never move anything without a piece of paper from an FFl. Antiques are the exception.

Once it is on an FFL's books I am absolved of any and all responsibility...

So if the paper trail ends with you and your private Buyer should create mayhem with the item well guess who they come looking for and gets in a jam if you didn't do it the legal way...Do you feel lucky today, well do ya?
