the public transport busses around here drive around with brights on all the time...ugh.

my other pet peeve along these lines are the new road signs that are incredibly/highly reflective. So, driving along at night you get blinded by roadsigns reflecting your own headlights.

And then, in our insanity around here, we put roadsigns mounted to a rubber base so you could (in theory) drive over them) to warn drivers of crosswalks.....narrow streets, all you have to do is add a delivery driver into the mix, or one of those busses dropping off passengers, or worst is a bicycle that you need to swing a little wide to get around, and then you realize there's a SIGN in the middle of the road.

I keep hoping things will get better, but it seems it is unlikely.
