Took two posts into the new thread for you to name names. Your attempt to remove the old thread and get their lawyer off your back won't work when you've already flip flopped and outed them again.
I wish you the best of luck with your car, but you really should heed Zombiebranz advice. This thing was past amicable resolution already yesterday. Cooler heads will prevail, but those cooler heads will be getting paid $250/hr to meet on behalf of their clients.
