My favorite non-GT water cooled 911 by a mile. Great for a daily, still relatively raw with proper sports car feel.
I'd verify the amp on the Bose system is working properly, verify it has the bluetooth version of the PCM (this cannot be "added with OEM parts" like some claim) and that the frunk hatch works. Other than that the M97 997's are relatively bulletproof.
Can't comment on price, as I don't track these. Will mention that I sold a much lower mile comparable car for $32k seven years ago, so prices seem very stable.
