I just did this to my 930, with the engine out. Still a bit of a pain. OEM parts are long section in a U shape, for the sides and back; short section as a single piece for the area under the shock mounts. Bought the parts from our host.

For what it's worth, the rear channel on my car was deteriorated and starting to rot away (but nothing else around it was messed up). Found the correct channel from Sierra Madre.
