Brake Pad advice

I'm going to be changing to new pads over the winter. I currently run stock replacement pads for my "Big Reds", at least i've been told that I have "Big reds" by the previous owner and they are in fact big and red ;P I think "Big Red" refers to 964 or 993 turbo brakes, am I right?

Anyways, the stock pads I run, textar I believe, work great and have lasted 2 seasons. They squeal alot, which is kinda embarrassing but not a deal breaker for buying a better pad.

My driving is almost evenly divided between street & track, but leaning to mostly track use. I figure why not try a more aggressive pad since I have to buy new pads anyways.

Any recommendations based on the following criteria?
- 2500 lbs car
- manual brakes
- big red calipers front & rear
- Mosport is my home track.

My rotors are worn very evenly, do I need to change my rotors or can I just put the new pads in and go?

Thanks!
