I had it on my right arm when I lived in Atlanta. I had wear a brace that put pressure on my forearm near my elbow. It went away when I moved back.
Best I can figure is that where I rested my arm during my commute caused the problem. I got aftermarket soft elbow pads, it didn't help. Trying to keep my arm from resting on something the whole drive got tiring quickly. Now that I don't really have a commute again, I don't have the problem anymore.
