The QJ is about space. It can be moved out of the way when not in use, it can allow you to raise the vehicle if you don't have the head room (additional height can be added with the SUV adapters) and it can even be used portably- at the track, at a friends, etc. You just need to figure out which one will be the most convenient for your situation.
