I worked in a college kitchen when I was in high school. My job was "washout" - I put on this big rubber apron and industrial rubber gloves and used this really high pressure sprayer to wash off the dishes before they went into the dishwasher. They were pretty darn clean when they went it.
I got fired when they found out I was only 15 years old.
