Clearly some legislator saw someone having fun in them, they couldn't have one when they were young - so now NO one is going to have fun. Guarantee you this is where it started. Ridiculous............
That's what the state safety inspection system is designed to do. Keeping only safe vehicles on the road, a certified mechanic does that under rules and guidelines the state has established.
