This car was sold originally at Chick Iverson in Newport Beach, CA (have receipt and window sticker) and has been in California its whole life. The original owners manual has even been signed by Alois Ruf. The car is very straight with no accident history and absolutely no rust now or ever. It has been customized over the years into a very unique looking and awesome driving car for street or occasional track use. The car has been maintained religiously throughout its entire life. Evidence of this can be seen in the huge stack of receipts since new totaling over $50k. Literally everything on this car has been restored/upgraded at some point from complete engine rebuild, transmission rebuild, upgraded brakes, suspension, wheels, interior, etc. All suspension upgrades and rebuilding of drivetrain done by Clint and Craig Smith of Rebel Racing (they once owned the car). Recent maintenance and fine tuning from 2014 until this year done by SGS in San Louis Obispo (over $15k in receipts). This car is light, nimble, and has a very responsive engine (not your typical SC). It is ready to be enjoyed by a new owner and I will certainly miss it. Smog just done and I have original smog equipment and exhaust as well as rear seat backs, clock, and a few other misc. parts. The car is located in Oceanside, Ca and serious buyers are welcome to see the car.
