Open deck?
I like the look of it but concerned about giving up smoker space for grilling. Already have a Weber genesis.
Are you in a dry area? Do you remove pellets after each cook?

Well i had #6 adjusted perfectly but then just before i tightened it a butterfly in Zimbabwe farted and now i have to start all over again!
