Point taken, and my SC belts will remain as they are. I use Simpson (and similar) 3" latch and link lap belts in my English cars, but none have roll bars and thus no shoulder harnesses. What got me thinking about it on the SC is the annoying way the belt side latch tucks in between the side of the seat and the door when released, making it difficult to put the belt on unless I remember to do it before closing the door. Am I missing a part or something? The rest of the car is so nicely designed, it's hard to believe this got by Porsche.
