How thick is your brake pedal?
One of our competitors in the UK makes a box with an 5mm thick pedal but these tend to bend under duress and on early LHD boxes the standard was 8mm thick.
On 'our' box we have made efforts to keep the bias bar in-line with the pedal and eliminate any chance of introducing an undesirable 'couple'.
We also have a brake pedal 'stop' to ensure that the snap rings in the cylinders don't see any tension forces.
