I recently purchased a 1967 Porsche 912 from a freind (Jerry McAbee). His car has been well documented here on Pelican as his multi year restoration (rust removal & engine rebuild). He had taken the car to its mechanical completion and has now started on a new project (68 912). I saw this car as a great mechanical platform to create my own “outlaw”. Here are some photos of what I have done cosmetically. ( A complete interior change from semi stock to my vision. RS carpet kit and door panels w/rear seat delete, sport seats, Momo Prototipo steering wheel, side decals, lowered the stance on the car, detailed the engine by hiding most of the wiring with looms and ties to give it a clean look) I am very happy with the progress so far and plan on having the front and rear bumpers wrapped in satin black to continue the two tone theme.
Future Mods may be black steel wheels and a new paint job. Now side by side with my 95 993. I appreciate the opportunity to share with you guys. She is a driver and will be driven regularly. RRC
