Is it possible to get a full length paper "bunny" trail from the lot owner justifying his actions taken to obtain ownership of the car?
If he values his integrity, no harm no foul
Adverse possession of a vehicle that was wrecked like that is knowing full well the owner/driver was injured badly and then in turn the lot owner took advantage of a bad situation and made it worse
