I really can't tell the differences between the different woods, and my meats are pork ribs, pork shoulders, chicken, turkey, duck, roast beef for sandwiches...etc

We use a lot of Cavenders for chicken and pork chops...hand made rubs for ribs (simple combo of paprika/brown sugar and other stuff)
