MI's can manifest without typical symptoms. In my case all I had was back pain. It felt like someone was pressing a screwdriver and twisting it under my left scapula. Same pain I had from a car accident in 98. None of the typical symptoms were happening. No chest, jaw or arm pain. No tingling anything. I drove myself to the ER and a hr later I was on the operating table at the heart hospital in my area. I had 100% blockage of the main and right arteries with 32% of the left also blocked. I told the ER Dr. that the only reason I drove there was I couldn't find a comfortable spot in my bed. He told me if I had, I probably wouldn't have woken up in the morning.

If you have any concerns about how you feel get yourself to your local hospital where they can do some simple tests on you. I had a EKG two weeks before mine happened and it was normal. The only reason it was normal was nothing was happening to me when I had it done.
