Just today... I had an EKG a couple days ago for an upcoming kidney stone zapping, Doctor called me in to ask if I had a heart attack some time ago. I said no and had the same procedure (and EKG) end of August. He looked it up and yep nothing wrong.
He said either they mixed up the tests and/or the EKG is only 90%, human error being the main culprit, also said I'd definitely remember if I had one in the past.
He ordered another one for the first of the new year just to be safe.
