I picked up a PistenBully 220 for $3500 a few years ago with bad final drives, but a rebuilt motor. Has the same motor as used in Unimogs, so I picked it up for the motor. Traded the rest for a parts Unimog to buddy who had one like it for parts to fix it. I don't think he has touched it yet, and still has the two. You would just have to take all the parts and make one good one. Let me know if your interested in a bid project.
