As a child I cherished the holiday season as it meant egg nog was available in the stores. I loved that stuff as a kid, young adult, adult, and middle aged person. Now that I'm in my 50s, I still like it. However, my sister bought some for me at Thanksgiving and it just wasn't the same. To me it really didn't have much taste, and was a little watery. It was from the same dairy that made it all these years. They didn't have the better, thicker version that i always had to thin out with milk. Just this watery one. Last year I also had the eggnog latte from Starbucks, it was meh.
