Thought the Cayenne was supposed to handle like a dump truck. It weighs enough.
Guy in the 911 forum must need springs and shocks.
The rear torsion bars were shot on my 944T when I got it at 80K.
The rear end would bottom out when I accelerated, thunk.
Replacing them made a huge difference in the ride, even though I went with stiffer bars.
When I got the 928GT it had Eibach progressive springs and it handle really well on the track, but drove around town like a tank. Not hard riding, but bumpy.
The 928GTS has just heavier springs than stock but NOT progressive and it handles and feels much smother, but does not handle as well as the progressive springs on the track.
For a hobby there is always navel contemplation. From all the statues it looks like Buddha has made a religion out of it.
