You can always up the idle timing a few degrees to raise the idle speed. What do you have for total advance now? These things like to be on the rich side, so perhaps upping the idle mixture a bit will help idle speed too. I use a CO machine and set idle and main at around 6% each. The factory specs are super lean. You could also disable the retard. All it's for is emissions. So, there's 2 things that will raise idle for sure and 1 maybe.
