I think you can do similar stuff using Stellarium.
But that's a weird question. Almost everything (except the moon and earth) is going to look pretty much the same from either one.
Now, asking about Jupiter from Mars or Saturn from Jupiter (or Jupiter from Saturn) assuming you could see through the atmosphere, that would be something else entirely, I suspect.
