Look for mark indicating Toledo or Madrid. Both places are famous for knife and sword making. Madrid is Royal Armory at Palacio del Real. Damascene ornamentation is common in Toledo.

ETA: LOL Just noticed the name "Toledo" inscribed on the blade. That is what is called an "indication".

Have a set of table knives bought in Toledo. They're okay.

ETA2: For me, Toledo is more special as it's the final home of my favorite painter Doménikos Theotokópoulos aka El Greco. His house is just across the alley behind the Toledo Cathedral. The Cathedral is filled with his work from after he moved to Toledo in 1577.
