just picking your brain..did you get the correct fuel accumulator? The suspect could be the fuel pump even you could hear it with the engine stopped.
Of course the best would be to have fuel press. gauges and see what is happening to your fuel press.
Take a hammer and go to your front .On the suspension is a protective plate and right above it (in the middle ) is the fuel pump.If you hit the plate it might give the fuel pump some shock.Maybe is getting tired and this way you can tell if the problem changes.let us know
