Have you ever noticed the colored stripes on a resistor? On the left of the card it shows the resistor color codes.

I have seen the stripes. It did not help for me that the diode was orange with black ''stripes''. It has been 45 years since I messed with any of that stuff. I assembled a Heathkit stereo, and that was about it. This is a big help for me, and I appreciate it.
