i can't remember who the shops are but you might root around and see if you can find out. by the airport if memory serves. apparently they can still use single stage paint there, haven't banned it yet. it's a regional thing.

It was a struggle to find San Mateo. The "banned" shops were pretty helpful though in pointing me in the right direction.
