They are like a plastic 'moly bolt' there is a split pin that pushes into the hole in the crossmember and then you push in the attached plastic pin to spread and lock the 'moly' anchor. You can try to gently pry them out with door panel clip remover, (like a forked spatula) I use to get these from Wurth, but lately they haven't had them, might be available from Stoddard,,,you'll have to call and ask.
