I have not used a creeper in about 45 years. I got my hair wrapped up around a wheel . I was stuck like a turtle on his back. Finally rolled off the creeper so I could get my hair out of the wheel. The wheel kept a wad of my hair and that really hurt.
Since then, I throw a bit of cardboard under the car and slide under. Hair is no longer a problem but I am used to the cardboard.
