I always see where the West coast has all these great Porsche shows and gatherings but East coasters have very few gatherings. I was wondering if any one has any experience creating their own show/gathering? How hard is it to get something together like this? So here are my peliminary thoughts:

1. Porsche only (but I don't think we would have a very large turnout) so maybe German only

2. Swap meet set up for dealers and private individuals

3. Located in the Charlotte area
-Because it is sort of centrally located on the East Coast
-Close enough to the Blue ridge to include that if
individuals just want to get out and drive
-Lots of nice hotels in the area for out of towners to stay
in
I was hoping you guys would be able to help me with anything else I am forgetting
