I have the cheapo HF creeper which is very similar to that one. Works OK but the exposed wheels will pinch the you-know-what out of you if you don't keep your extremities (upper arms in particular) out of the way.
Because of this I still use cardboard most of the time rather than the creeper. The covered wheels on the Bone make a lot of sense from that perspective !
