The TR is the most underrated Ferrari of all time. I have driven many, worked on many, and it's really a robust design. Sure belt changes are a PITA but the whole drivetrain drops out on a frame. They are actually quite reliable when driven on a regular basis.
With BB512 prices the way they are the TR is still a bargain. So many were never, ever driven and there are many with low mileage.
Compared to a 308 you get so much more car. I'll own one someday when I'm done with this 911.
