I would urge anyone who does not fully understand and possess proper knowledge of what it takes to be owned by man's best friend - to simply forgo acquisition of a dog.
Period.
Regardless of breed.
These are not objects to collect and own.
They are living beings with needs.
Dumb chit humans need not apply.
