Triple square has 12 points. I've only ever seen metric male drivers, but a 12 point socket would be the female equivalent.
Cheese head is a round machine head screw for a flat screwdriver, head looks like a mini cheese wheel, hence its name. Very common on old VW type 1 thru 4 engine cooling tin.
