I had a fiberglass hard cover on my last F150. On my current F150 I purchased a BakFlip three piece hard bed cover, which is a cheaper alternative to the roll up hard covers. I prefer the BakFlip because it provides the same weather and security protection as the fiberglass cover, but I can also fully fold it against the back of the cab and I have full access to the bed. The fiberglass cover can be a pain if you haul big tall stuff.
