I don't know , but these are the things that come to mind in the few photos. a light 75 with a 3.2 is a fun car I suggest.

Great catch - US bumper pads vs. Euro side markers.
If this is a real 75 Carrera- a 3.2 is a nice modification. Lowers the value for the purists but still a fun little car.
