Sorry, to me it sounds like you, your dog, AND the daycare staff ALL need trained better.
You don't just let a dog loose in a group of dogs that has not been around a group of dogs. They will get amped up and want to play and interact with the other dogs without any constraint.
Your dog is not socialized.
It sounds like your doggie day care staff do not know how to, or do not want to take the time to socialize your dog.
You can google and I am sure you will find a lot on how to socialize your dog. It is just a matter of keeping the dog under control on a leash and not allowing the dog to do anything unless it is calm, and taking control and making it sit next to you if it starts getting excited. Since the dog has already gone bonkers, it will take a little longer to teach the dog that behavior is not wanted.
