It sounds like your doggie day care staff do not know how to, or do not want to take the time to socialize your dog.
You can google and I am sure you will find a lot on how to socialize your dog. It is just a matter of keeping the dog under control on a leash and not allowing the dog to do anything unless it is calm, and taking control and making it sit next to you if it starts getting excited. Since the dog has already gone bonkers, it will take a little longer to teach the dog that behavior is not wanted.

No. My dog has been going there a lot. Just something changed that day. He usually just follows the human around ignoring dogs. When my backyard was gettting remodeled he went there two weeks straight. No issues.
But I admit, I can do better. I’m already started. Wife and I need to get on the same page.
