Rogus: Congrats, I'll be watching your progress closely. I bought one owner 1969 T coupe 10 yrs ago and just getting started:
It's in for sheet metal and paint this winter. Here's what I found for rust, some not apparent until disassembled:
Due to a leaking rear window seal, a hole in the right floor you could put a basketball thru., that drained to a big hole in the right rocker. The front pan had already been replaced, but a cobby job. After I got it apart, I found:
Needed both rockers, needed an inside rocker on one side. Battery boxes were very good, but a hole below one you couldn't see till the fenders were off. We're dropping the front suspension and will redo the front pan. That's it. Should be back home in the next month or two. Good luck....I'll be following your progress.
