I am not a great shot, but was very consistent with a $200 pump. As good as many with $4000 guns. It is the same in all hobbies. Some need "the best" to compensate for practice and skill. Often it is people that make a lot of money but don't have a lot of time.

Stay away from semis and pumps - semis will jam way more and a pump...well ... ah...ya. No.
