On the generator front, could you have a whole house unit set remotely and wired into the home? With access to natural gas that would be a pretty nice setup.
I know you said you have it covered but I'd sell the Kubota and get one of these for a property like that. They can use about every attachment you can buy for a Bobcat skid steer, They're 4x4, lift 1500 with the front boom and handle 1 ton in the bed, and they have 4 wheel steering mode. AWESOME toy/work tool.
