Kind of traditional for this part of the world:
Christmas Eve: I made 1 gal. of my award winning chili last night for serving tomorrow (much better if it sits overnight). Will also have homemade tamales, homemade cheese enchiladas, queso, chips, and charro beans all served with flour tortillas on the side with plenty of salsa.
Christmas day: the traditional turkey, cornbread dressing with gravy, mashed potatos, sweet potato casserole, rolls, etc. with your choice of pecan pie or apple cake for desert.
