A friend of mine wrote a law here in AZ. to try and get a "collector cars" smog exemption. but by the time the law finally went threw he had already sold his 67S that got him to write the law to his son in So Cal. where it was exempt from smog tests.
California had much easier smog laws than AZ. for old cars, none, and we had to pass smog test.
Now here in AZ you do not have to pass a smog tests for "collector" cars, thanks to Paul G. so fed up trying to register his 67S Porsche.
I and many other people now use his law here in AZ.
