YES - that's a Bristol 405
I bought one in 1974 in London & shipped it back to Australia. It was the first one fitted with disk brakes.
It was originally the car of a Company VIP Called Anthony Crook and carried his 100MPH number plates.
This series of hand built Bristol cars were based on the pre WW2 BMW 328 (1937?) that Allied businessmen appropriated from the Germans post war.
I went to the aerodrome at Filton UK (outside Bristol) where older tradesmen wearing ties were crafting the latest model 411, using a Chrysler V8. In the next row of aircraft hangars they were building the Concorde.
It was a fast and 'light' car - should have kept it but it was sold to buy an E Type.
